摘    要:目的研究活血补肾方对去卵巢大鼠骨密度和生物力学性能的影响。方法将雌性Wistar大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组和实验组。采用切除大鼠双侧卵巢的方法复制绝经后骨质疏松症模型,应用活血补肾方防治12周后进行取材和实验指标检测:用双能X线骨密度仪检测腰椎骨密度;用力学试验机检测股骨力学性能。结果与模型组比较,实验组腰椎骨密度显著升高(P0.01),股骨近端生物力学水平明显改善(P0.05)。结论活血补肾方可以明显改善去卵巢大鼠腰椎骨密度及股骨近端生物力学性能。

Effect of Huoxuebushen Decoction on Bone Density and Biomechanics in Ovariectomized Rats

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of Huoxuebushen decoction on bone mineral density and bone biomechamics of osteoporosis female rats. Methods Female Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group and test group. The model of postmenopausal osteoporosis was established through ovariectomy in rats. The osteoporosis rats were treated with Huoxuebushen decoction with the normal rats as standard control and the model rats as model control. After 12 weeks of the treatment, the bone mineral density of lumbar spine was detected by dual-energy X-ray densitometer, and the biomechamics of femoral bone was detected by mechanical testing systems. Results Compared with the model rats, the bone mineral density of lumbar spine in test group increased obviously (P〈0.01). Bone biomechamics of femoral bone improved intensity (P〈0.05). Conclusions Huoxuebushen decoction can increase bone mineral density in lumbar spine and improve bone biomechamics intensity of ovariectomized rats.
