我国少数民族遗传病研究的问题及对策

目前,我国的少数民族遗传病调查和研究,尚处于起步阶段。由于地域障碍、民族文化、婚姻习俗,以及样本量需求大而研究周期长,导致目前少数民族遗传病的调查研究大多基于单种疾病,且调查研究的报道不多。本文分析了近年来国内学者对少数民族的遗传病研究情况,对进一步开展的少数民族遗传病的调查和研究工作,提供参考建议。

Minorities Genetic Diseases Research Problems and Countermeasures in Our Country

At present, China＇s minority genetic disease survey and research, is still in the initial stage. Due to geographical barriers, national culture, marriage customs, and sample volume demand and long cycle, leading to the current minority genetic disease research are mostly based on the single kind of disease, and the investigation and study report is not much. This paper analyzes the domestic scholars in recent years on minority genetic disease research, the further development of national minority hereditary disease investigation and research work, provide reference suggestions.
