匹伐他汀钙对不稳定心绞痛患者单核细胞趋化蛋白-1的影响

目的 观察不同剂量匹伐他汀钙对冠心病不稳定心绞痛患者单核细胞趋化蛋白-I（MCP-1）的影响.方法 选取不稳定心绞痛患者126例,平均年龄（62.6±2.8）岁,随机分为A组（匹伐他汀钙2 mg组）和B组（匹伐他汀钙1 mg组）,每组63例,治疗6周,检测治疗前后血液常规生化指标及MCP-1.结果 治疗前后对比,两组患者MCP-1、总胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-c）和甘油三酯（TG）较治疗前水平降低（P＜0.05）,TC和LDL-C A组比B组降低更显著（P＜0.05）;两组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-e）较治疗前均升高（P＜0.05）,A组与B组相比,无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 相比较高剂量匹伐他汀钙能更好地降低不稳定心绞痛患者MCP-1水平,发挥其对抗动脉粥样硬化、稳定粥样硬化斑块、降低心血管事件等方面的重要作用.

Pitavastatin Calcium Effect on MCP-1 in Patients with Unstable Angina

Objective To observe pitavastatin calcium with different doses effect on MCP-1 in patients with unstable angina pectoris. Methods 126 patients average age （62.6 ± 2.8） , who were diagnosed with unstable angina were randomly divided into A group （pitavastatin calcium 2 rag） and B group （pitavastatin calcium 1 mg） , 63 eases in each group. After 6 weeks, blood biochemical and MCP-1 were tested in each group before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the MCP-1, total cholesterol （TC）, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-c） and triglyceride （TG） level of two groups were significantly decreased than before （P 〈 0.05） in TC and LDL-C, A group were more decreased than B group （P 〈 0.05 ） ; The level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-c） was higher than before, there was no significantly difference between A and B group （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Pitavastatin calcium with high dose can better reduce MCP-1 level in patients with unstable angina pectoris, it will be against atherosclerosis, stability atherosclerotic plaque and reduce the accident.
