| 摘 要： | 目的 观察三七总甙对体外培养的人增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞增殖及胶原合成的作用 ,以寻找治疗人增生性瘢痕的有效药物。方法 体外培养人增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞 ,分别应用MTT比色法和3H 脯氨酸掺入法检测三七总甙作用后细胞增殖及胶原合成的变化。结果 和对照组相比 ,三七总甙能够显著抑制成纤维细胞增殖及胶原合成 (P <0 0 1)。结论 三七总甙具有体外抗纤维化作用 ,可能成为治疗增生性瘢痕的有效药物 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of panax notogin seng on the proliferation and collagen synthesis of the cultured human hypertrophic scar fibroblasts in vitro to seek the effective drug for human hypertrophic scar Methods The human hypertrophic scar fibroblasts were cultured in vitro The MTT test and H 3 proline incorporation method were used to detect the effects of panax notogin seng on the proliferation and collagen synthesis of the cultured human hypertrophic scar fibroblasts Results Compared with the control groups, panax notogin seng can markedly inhibit the proliferation and collagen synthesis of the cultured human hypertrophic scar fibroblasts( P <0 01) Conclusion Panax notogin seng has anti fibrotic effect in vitro and may be an effective drug for the treatment of human hypertrophic scar |
