| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨护理查房在护理本科教学中的应用效果。方法：对52名护理本科实习生在整体护理实习阶段轮换分别担任责任组长和责任护士进行教学查房的有关资料进行分析与研究。结果：护生出科理论成绩平均91．5分。综合工作能力考虑成绩平均93分，患者的满意度97％。结论：实施教学查房拓展了学生的知识面，提高了学生的综合工作能力和患者对护理学生的满意度。取得了良好的教学效果。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the application effect of nursing round in teaching nursing undergraduate course.Methods：The related data of teaching round of 52 nursing undergraduate trainees who alternatively holding the post of duty team leader and primary nurse during their holistic nursing practice stage were analyzed and investigated.Results：Their average score of theory test and the average results of the comprehensive working capacity evaluation to be checked at the end of practice stage were 91.5 fen and 93 fen respectively. The degree of satisfaction of the patients was 97%.Conclusion：Teaching clinical rounds can expand the knowledge of the students,and can also increse the comprehensive working capacity of them and increase the degree of satisfaction of the patients to nursing students.The result shows that good teaching effect has been gained. |
