| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨心理干预对胃癌患者围术期应激反应的影响。方法:将54例患者随机分为观察组与对照组各27例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予心理支持、术前教育等心理干预。结果:观察组入手术室时、拔除气管导管时的收缩压及心率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),入手术室时、手术开始30 min及术后3 h的血糖及皮质醇显著高于对照组(P<0.05),术后6 h、12 h的VAS评分高于对照组(P<0.05),镇痛药使用率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对胃癌患者行心理干预能够减轻其围术期的应激反应,降低术后疼痛程度,减少术后镇痛药使用率,有利于患者顺利度过围术期。
