| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the necessity,accuracy and clinical value of sentinel lymph node(SLN) biopsy in patients with early stage cervical cancer.METHODS: Totally 80 patients with early stage cervical cancer underwent hysterectomy and pelvic lymph nodes dissection.SLN detection was received with preoperative an intracervical injection of 99Tcm-sulfur colloid and blue dye.All resected nodes were submitted to the pathological examination and immunohistochemistry.RESULTS: A total of 227 SLNs were identified in ... |
