肝癌瘤苗激活的TIL的临床应用研究

目的：探讨经肝癌瘤苗激活的ＴＩＬ治疗原发性肝癌的作用。方法：使用冷冻方法制成肝癌瘤苗,用于激活ＴＩＬ。对３６例原发性肝癌患者使用经肝癌瘤苗激活的ＴＩＬ治疗,并检测治疗前后其ＣＤ３、ＣＤ４、ＣＤ８、ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８比例和ＮＫ活性的变化,计算其１ａ、２ａ、３ａ生存率,并与对照组相比较。结果：应用经肝癌瘤苗激活的ＴＩＬ患者,其ＣＤ３、ＣＤ４、ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８比值和ＮＫ活性明显升高,ＣＤ８则明显下降,其３ａ生存率明显升高。结论：应用经肝癌瘤苗激活的ＴＩＬ治疗,能明显地提高原发性肝癌患者的免疫功能和远期疗效。

CLINICAL STUDY OF TIL STIMULATED BY LIVE CANCER VACCINES ON TREATMENT FOR PATIENTS WITH PRIMARY LIVER CANCER

Objective:To study the effects of TIL stimulated by liver cancer vaccines on treatment of patients with primary liver cancer(PLC).Methods:The liver cancer vaccines were made by cryodestorying method.Twenty six patients with PLC were treated with TIL stimulated by liver cancer vaccinces.The CD 3,CD 4,CD 8,CD 4/CD 8 and NK activity were assayed before and after treatment,the 1 ,2 and 3 year survival were analysed.Results:The value of CD 3,CD 4,CD 8,CD 4/CD 8 and NK activity in patients following treatment with TIL stimulated by liver cancer vaccines were significantly higher,but value of the CD 8 was lower than that of patients before treatment with TIL stimulated by liver cancer vaccines.The 3 year survival rates were also significantly higher than that of the controls. Conclusion:The treatment of TIL stimulated by liver cancer vaccines can obviously enhance the immunologic function and late result of patients with PLC.
