2型糖尿病危险因素Logistic回归分析

目的探讨攀枝花市居民2型糖尿病的主要危险因素,为制定适宜的预防和干预措施提供科学依据。方法选择我院2型糖尿病门诊及住院病例作为研究对象,采用频数匹配的病例对照研究方法,对研究因素进行单因素和多因素非条件Logistic回归分析。结果体质量指数超标、有糖尿病家族史、有高血压史、有生活事件和喜食甜食为危险因素（OR〉1）,吃白肉、多吃蔬菜和适当体育锻炼是保护因素（OR〈1）。结论在社区人群中,倡导健康合理的膳食习惯,控制血压、体质量是预防2型糖尿病发生的重要措施。

Logistic regression analysis about the risk factor of type 2 diabetesmellitus(T2DM)

Objictive To approached the main risk factor of type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM） of the inhabitant in Panzhihua to provide scientific basis by appropriate prevention and intervention measures. Methods Choose the case with T2DM in out-patient clinic or hospital, applied the methods of case control study provide with pykno-matching, ran the non-condition Logistic regression analysis about simplex factor and multiple factor on investigative factors. Results Hyper-body mass index, family history of diabetes mellitus and high blood pressure ,life events and more sweetmeats would be the risk factor（ OR 〉 1 ） ; however, eating surface of muscles ,having more vegetable and proper physical exercise would be the protected factor. Conclusion In community crowd,it＇s important measure to advocate the healthy and reasonable eating habit,control the blood pressure and body weight to prevent T2DM emerged.
