| 摘 要： | 目的：总结极端天气下骨科急诊桡骨远端骨折的类型及其诊治。方法：根据急诊摄片及治疗同意书等资料,按照AO分型分析其诊治特点。结果：桡骨远端骨折AO分型中A型222例,B型9例,C型25例,其中A3．2为80例占36．0％,A2．2为65例占29．2％,A2．1为31例占14．0％。结论：极端天气下桡骨远端骨折以A3．2型为主,属于关节外骨折,适宜手法复位。人员分工,简化流程是有效应对措施。

| Abstract: | Objective： To review the diagnosis and treatment of distal radius fracture in the extreme weather. Method：According to the AO classification base on the X-ray radiography and the treatment agreement analyze the characteristic of diagnosis and treatment. Result： There is 222 cases with the fracture of distal radius of A type, 9 cases of B type, 25 cases of C type. Among these injury 80 cases of A3.2（37%）, 65 cases of A2.2（29%） ,31 cases of A2.1 （14 %）. Conclusion：Conclusion： A3.2 type is the main type of distal radius fracture in extreme weather which is the fracture out of the articulation. This type suit to be manipulative reduction. To simply the procedure of hospital and increase medical staff will be effective measure to tackle the extreme weather. |
