门诊抗生素处方使用分析

目的了解泸州医学院附属医院门诊抗生素使用情况,为门诊抗生素合理应用的临床监管提供可靠资料。方法收集该院门诊处方1561张,对处方中所用抗生素种类及数量等进行归纳分析。结果在1561张处方中,开具抗生素的处方有465张,占处方总数29.79%。在所有抗生素处方中,79.35%为口服抗生素,其余为注射剂型抗生素;77.20%的处方为单一抗生素处方,二联抗生素处方占22.80%;头孢菌素类是门诊使用频率最高的抗生素占34.43%,其次为喹诺酮类和青霉素类抗生素。结论该院门诊抗生素的使用基本合理,对医院门诊抗生素的使用进行动态监测,对于抗生素合理应用具有一定临床意义。

Analysis the use of antibiotics in outpatient prescription

Objective To understood the status of antibiotic used in outpatient of luzhou medical college hospital,and provided reliable information for clinical monitoring of rational use of antibiotics in outpatient.Methods Collected 1 561 copies of prescription of outpatient to analysis the types and quantities of antibiotics.Results Among 1 561 prescriptions,465（29.79%）included antibiotics.In all antibiotic prescriptions,79.35% were oral antibiotics,the remainder were injection.77.20% were single antibiotics prescription, the combine antibiotics jointed 22.80%. Cephalosporins were the most frequently used in outpatient accounted for 34.43% ,quinolones and penicillin antibiotics were next. Conclusion The use of antibiotics in outpatient was rationally, dynamic monitoring of the use of antibiotics for the rational use of antibiotics had some clinical significance.
