肝素钠联合丹红注射液对肺源性心脏病急性加重期的疗效观察

目的观察肝素钠联合丹红注射液对肺源性心脏病急性加重期的治疗效果。方法160例肺源性心脏病急性加重期患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各80例,2组均给予常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上静脉滴注低分子肝素钠及丹红注射液,以14d为1个疗程。观察2组疗效、血气分析和血液流变学指标变化。结果治疗组总有效率为88.75%明显高于对照组的81.25%（P〈0.05）;2组治疗后均可以明显提高动脉血氧分压（PaO2）,降低动脉血二氧化碳分压（PaCO2）（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）;治疗组可改善血液流变学各项指标（P〈0.05）,且治疗组对PaO2和血液流变学各项指标的改善情况均优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论肝素钠联用丹红注射液可改善肺源性心脏病急性加重期患者PaO2及PaCO2,改善血黏度。

Efficacy observation of heparin sodium injection joint Danhong in treating acute exacerbation of pulmonary heart disease

Objective To observe clinical effect of Heparin sodium injection joint Danhong in treating acute exacerbation of pulmonary heart disease.Methods 160 cases of pulmonary heart disease in patients with acute exacerbation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,80 patients of each,the two groups were given conventional therapy,the treatment group on this basis,was given Danhong intravenous heparin sodium injection,14 days a course of treatment.Observed the effects of two groups,blood gas analysis and blood rheology indicators of changed in.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 88.75%,significantly higher than 81.25% of control group（P〈0.05）,after treatment,both groups significantly improved the arterial partial pressure of oxygen and reduced carbon dioxide partial pressure of arterial oxygen（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）,and the treatment group could improve the blood rheology indicators（P〈0.05）.The treatment group on the arterial partial pressure of oxygen and blood rheology improvement in the indicators were better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Heparin sodium joint Danhong injection can improve the pulmonary heart disease in patients with acute exacerbation of arterial partial pressure of oxygen and carbon dioxide partial pressure,improve blood viscosity.
