| 摘 要： | 目的观察参松养心胶囊治疗器质性心脏病室性早搏的临床疗效。方法150例器质性心脏病室性早搏患者,随机分成2组,治疗组100例,对照组50例,治疗组用参松养心胶囊治疗,对照组服用美西律,治疗4周为1个疗程。用动态心电图分析主要症状的改善情况。结果治疗组室性早搏有效率74.0%,症状改善有效率86.0%,优于对照组的52.0%、60.0%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论参松养心胶囊治疗器质性心脏病室性早搏临床疗效和安全性好。

| Abstract: | Objective To observed the clinical effect of shensongyangxin capsule treatment of patients with ventricular premature beat caused by organic heart disease.Methods 150 patients with ventricular premature beat caused by organic heart disease were randomly divided into two groups.100 cases in the treatment group were treated with shensongyangxin capsule,50 patients in the control group were treated with mexiletine,treated 4 weeks for a course.Analysed the improved situation of the major symptoms by dynamic electrocardiogram. Results In the treatment group,the effective rate of ventricular premature beat was 74.0%, the rate of symptom improvement was 86. 0%. Which was superior to that in control group. There was a statistically significant difference between these two groups （ P 〈0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Shensongyangxin capsule was effective and safe on patients with ventricular premature beat caused by organic heat disease. |
