Nd:YAG倍频激光治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变疗效观察

摘    要:目的 评价掺钕钇铝石榴石倍频激光 (Nd :YAG倍频激光 )治疗中心性浆液性视网膜脉络膜病变 (中浆 )的临床疗效。方法 确诊为中浆且渗漏点位于黄斑中心凹 2 5 0 μm以外的患者。应用Nd :YAG倍频激光治疗的光凝组 62例 65眼。单纯行药物治疗的对照组 47例 48眼。追踪观察视力、眼底、患者自觉视野中心暗影是否消失。结果 达视力改善光凝组平均 2 .3周 ,对照组 6.8周 ;停止渗漏光凝组平均 2 .8周 ,对照组 10 .3周 ;患者自觉视野中心暗影完全消失光凝组平均 4.9周 ,对照组 15 .3周。两组间差异均具有显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 Nd :YAG倍频激光治疗中心性浆液性视网膜脉络膜病变效果肯定。成功的光凝治疗可缩短病程 ,迅速恢复视功能。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of frequency double Nd:YAG laser for treatement of central serous chorioretinopathy(CSCR).Methods 65 eyes of 62 CSCR patients of the treatment group were treatment with frequency double Nd:YAG laser,while 48 eyes of 47 CSCR patients of the control group were treatment with medicine.Changes of vision,fundus and central scotoma were observed.Results patients had increased vision during 2.3 weeks in the treatment group and 6.8 weeks in the control group; effusion had stoped during 2.8 weeks in the treatment group and 10.3 weeks in the control group; central scotoma had disappeared during 4.9 weeks in the treatment group and 15.3 weeks in the control group.The significant difference was found in the tow groups (p<0.01).Conclusions Frequency double Nd:YAG laser treatement can make the patiens with CSCR recover in short period, shorten the disease time.
