旋前复位法治疗桡骨小头半脱位疗效分析

目的：探讨旋前复位法治疗桡骨小头半脱位临床效果。方法：选取桡骨小头半脱位患儿140例,以随机抽样方法分为对照组和观察组,每组70例;对照组患儿给予常规旋后复位法治疗;观察组患儿则给予改良旋后复位法治疗;比较两组患儿一次复位成功率和随访牵拉肘发生率。结果：观察组患儿一次复位成功率（97.14%）显著高于对照组（71.43%）（P〈0.05）;观察组患儿随访牵拉肘发生率（1.43%）显著低于对照组（11.43%）（P〈0.05）。结论：相较于旋后复位法,旋前复位法治疗桡骨小头半脱位可有效提高一次复位成功率,降低复位后牵拉肘再发风险。

A clinical analysis of treating radial head subluxation by the pronation reset method

Objective： To discuss clinical effects of the pronation reset method on radial head subluxation. Methods： 140 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 70 cases for each; the control was given the routine supination reset; while the observation was given the improved supination reset. Results： The success rate in the observation （97.14%） was obviously higher than that in the control （71.43%） （P〈0.05）; the incidence of follow-up pulling elbow in the observation （1.43%） was obviously lower than that in the control （11.43%） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The pronation reset method can improve success rate of reset, decrease recurrence of pulling elbow.
