2型糖尿病并高尿酸血症患者的临床研究

目的：探讨2型糖尿病合并高尿酸血症临床观察。方法：选取2型糖尿病患者118例,根据血尿酸（SUA）水平分为2型糖尿病合并高尿酸血症组（观察组）19例,2型糖尿病无高尿酸血症组（对照组）99例,测量身高、体重,计算体重指数（BMI）、空腹血糖（FPG）、糖化血红蛋白（Hb Alc）、甘油三酯（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）、HDL-C（高密度脂蛋白）、舒张压、收缩压、尿微量白蛋白（MAL）、尿β2-微球蛋白（β2-MG）,观察合并症：冠心病、脑血管意外情况。结果：2型糖尿病合并高尿酸血症患病率为16.10%,体质量指数（BMI）、甘油三酯（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）、舒张压、尿微量白蛋白（MAL）、尿β2-微球蛋白（β2-MG）较对照组明显升高,HDL-C（高密度脂蛋白）较对照组明显降低;发生心脑血管意外增多。结论：2型糖尿病合并高尿酸血症者存在更明显的肥胖,脂代谢紊乱,肾功能损害,发生心脑血管危险性增高。

Clinical research in patients with diabetes II plus hyperuricemia

Objective： To investigate clinical observation of diabetes II plus hyperuricemia. Methods： 118 patients were divided into the observation group （19 cases） and the control group （99 cases） by SUA level. Stature, weight, BMI, FPC, HbAlc, TG, TC, HDL-C, diastolic pressure, systolic pressure, MAL, and fla-MG were measured. Coronary heart disease and cerebral vascular accident situation were observed. Results： The case rate of diabetes II plus hyperuricemia was 16.10%. BMI, TG; TC, diastolic pressure, MAL and β2-MG in observation group were obviously higher; HDL-C in observation group was obviously decreased; cerebral vascular accident situation was added. Conclusion： Diabetes II plus hyperuricemia patients were confirmed with obvious fat, lipid dysmetabolism and renal impairment. Cardiovascular risks were increased.
