| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨老年便秘的护理措施和效果。方法：160例患者平分为两组，两组均行常规护理，观察组增加辨证施护。结果：观察组总有效率92．5％，明显高于对照组总有效率80．0％（P〈0．05）。结论：在常规护理基础上辨证施护能有效改善老年便秘。 |

Application of nursing differentiation in old constipation patients |

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate clinical efficacy of nursing on constipation in old patients. Methods： 160 patients were randomly divided into two groups, all were given conventional nursing, the observation group was given nursing differentiation more. Results： The total efficacy in the observation （92.5%） was obviously higher than that （80.0%） in the control （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Conventional nursing combined with nursing differentiation could obviously improve constipation in old patients. |
