补肺活血利水法治疗肺心病的疗效观察

目的：观察补肺活血利水法治疗肺心病的临床疗效。方法：选取60例在我院住院治疗的肺心病急性加重患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例,对照组采用常规西医内科治疗,治疗组在此基础上加上中药补肺活血利水治疗,观察两组疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中药补肺活血利水法治疗肺心病急性加重疗效显著,可以推广应用。

Clinical effects observation of tonifying lung,activating blood and promoting water circulation therapy on pulmonary heart disease

Objective：To observe clinical efficacy of tonifying lung, activating blood and promoting water circulation on chronic pulmonary heart disease. Method：60 patients treated in our hospital with acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, each of 30 patients. The control group was used conventional Western medicine treatment while the treatment group, on the basis of that, were added traditional Chinese medicine treatment of tonifying lung, activating blood and promoting water circulation.Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group was significant higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine of tonifying lung, activating blood and promoting water circulation treatment shows significant effects on acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease that can be promoted and applied.
