流行性腮腺炎合并睾丸炎的临床分析

目的：探究流行性腮腺炎合并睾丸炎的临床特征,为临床治疗流行性腮腺炎合并睾丸炎提供参考。方法：选取我院2012年2月—2014年8月收治的流行性腮腺炎合并睾丸炎48例,对患者流行病学特征、临床特点、治疗及转归进行回顾性分析。结果：腮腺炎合并睾丸炎患者发病主要集中于13~35岁,以15~25岁青少年为主,患者多表现发热、腮腺肿大、睾丸肿大及压痛等症状。经临床对症治疗、支持治疗及综合护理,病人平均治疗为8d,患者痊愈。结论：流行性腮腺炎合并睾丸炎是流行性腮腺炎的常见的并发症,多见于青少年患者,采用中西医结合能有效治疗流行性腮腺炎合并睾丸炎。

Clinical analysis of mumps orchitis

Objective：To explore the clinical characteristics of mumps orchitis, provides the reference for the clinical treatment of mumps orchitis. Treatment and comprehensive nursing by clinical symptomatic treatment, support, the average patient treatment for 8D, the patients were cured. Conclusion：Mumps orchitis is a common complication of mumps, more common in adolescent patients, using traditional Chinese and Western medicine can be effective in the treatment of mumps orchitis.
