微波理疗联合中药灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床观察

目的：研究分析微波理疗联合中药灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果，观察其临床疗效。方法：选取在我院治疗的慢性盆腔炎100例患者，将患者随机分成实验组和对照组，平均每组50例患者。对照组的患者采用常规的西医治疗，实验组的患者在对照组的基础上给予微波理疗联合中药灌肠治疗，观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果：实验组患者治疗后总有效率（96．00％）明显高于对照组患者的总有效率（70．00％），在统计学上无意义（P〈0．05）。结论：对于慢性盆腔炎的患者采用微波理疗联合中药灌肠治疗的临床疗效较显著，在临床上值得广泛的运用。

Clinical observation on treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease by microwave therapy plus TCM medicine enema

Objective： To study clinical efficacy of microwave therapy plus enema in TCM on chronic pelvic inflammatory. Methods： 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 50 cases for each; the control group was given the western medicine, the experimental group was given microwave therapy plus enema in TCM more. Clinical efficacy in two groups was observed. Results： The total efficacy 96.00% in the experimental was better than 70.00% in the control. The difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion： Microwave therapy plus enema in TCM shows obvious effects on chronic pelvic inflammatory, and was worthy of promotion.
