摘    要:目的 观察黄芪生脉饮对在体小型猪急性心肌缺血的保护效应并探讨其可能机制。方法  2 4只小型猪随机分 4组 ,即空白对照组 (生理盐水 ,0 .7g/ (kg·d) )、黄芪生脉饮小剂量组 (0 .7g/ (kg·d) )、黄芪生脉饮大剂量组 (2 .1g/ (kg·d) )、生脉饮组 (0 .7g/ (kg·d) )。连续灌服 7d并记录整体猪出现的反应 ,观察其心脏血流动力学 (BP ,LVSP ,LVEDP)变化及梗死心肌占心室质量的百分比。结果 黄芪生脉饮组小型猪均未出现异常反应 ,冠脉结扎后黄芪生脉饮组与生脉饮组BP ,LVSP的降低和LVEDP的升高程度均明显优于空白对照组。空白对照组梗死区占心室总质量 (6 .2 3± 0 .39) % ,黄芪生脉饮大剂量组、生脉饮组分别为 (5 .5 5± 0 .4 7) %和(5 .6 7± 0 .35 ) % ,与空白对照组相比有显著性差异 (P均 <0 .0 5 )。结论 黄芪生脉饮能显著缩小在体猪急性心肌缺血模型的心肌梗死范围 ,改善心脏血流动力学紊乱 ,为黄芪生脉饮应用于急性心肌缺血的治疗提供一定的理论依据

Abstract:Objective It is to observe the protective effect of Huangqishengmaiyin (HQSMY) on acute myocardial ischemia in mini-pig and its possible mechanism.Methods In the experiment of acute myocardial ischemia, twenty-four mini-pigs were randomly divided into blank control group (physiological saline, 0.7 g/(kg·d)), HQSMY small dosage group (0.7 g/(kg·d)), HQSMY big dosage group (2.1 g/(kg·d)), Shengmaiyin (SMY) group (0.7 g/(kg·d)). The pigs' responses were observed after perfusion for seven days. The changes of hemodynamics (BP, LVSP, LVEDP) and the percentage of infarct myocardium in ventricular's mass were observed.Results There were no abnormal responses in the mini-pigs of HQSMY groups. The decrease degree of BP, LVSP and the increase degree of LVEDP in HQSMY group and SMY group were superior to that in blank control group (P<0.05). The percentage of infarct myocardium in ventricular's weight was (6.23±0.39)% in blank control group, and that in HQSMY big dosage group and SMY group were (5.55±0.47)% and (5.67±0.35)%. There was significant difference in the three groups (P<0.05).Conclusion HQSMY can decrease the area of infarct myocardium of acute myocardial ischemia in mini-pig and improve the disorder of hemodynamic. It offers definite academic foundation for the treatment of HQSMY on acute myocardial ischemia.
