中药注射剂致过敏性休克448例文献分析

目的：了解中药注射剂所致过敏性休克发生的规律和特点，促进中药注射剂在临床的合理应用。方法：通过文献检索，对中药注射剂所致的过敏性休克进行统计分析。结果：中药注射剂致过敏性休克448例，涉及的中药注射剂品种38个，死亡例数19例。结论：中药注射剂成分复杂，给药后，易引起变态反应，因此应加强对中药注射剂安全用药知识的普及，规范临床合理应用。

Anaphylactic shock caused by traditional chinese medicine injections:analysis of 448 cases in literature

Objective: To understand the characteristics of anaphylactic shock caused by traditional chinese medicine injec-tions and to promote the reasonable use of traditional chinese medicine injections in clinic. Methods: Through literature retrieval,cases of anaphylactic shock caused by traditional chinese medicine injections were statistically analyzed. Results: Cases of anaphy-lactic shock caused by traditional chinese medicine injections were 448,which involved 38 categories and 19 cases were dead. Conclusion: The composition of traditional chinese medicine injections was complex which easily induced allergies after administra-tion. So the medical personnel should acquaint themselves with the knowledge of security administration and standardize the clinical application.
