糖尿病周围神经病变中医证候分布研究

目的:DPN的中医证候分布规律,为其中医证候研究提供比较客观的依据。方法:选取我院门诊或住院DPN患者380例,收集其中医症状信息,进行频数统计分析、归纳,总结其中医证候分布特点。结果:DPN≤5年者,主要以气阴两虚兼有血瘀、痰湿为主;5¹0年以气阴两虚兼有血瘀、痰湿为主,但阴虚呈现下降趋势,而阳虚呈现上升趋势;10年以上则以气虚、阴阳两虚为主,兼有血瘀、痰湿。结论:糖尿病周围神经病变为本虚标实之证。虚证以气阴两虚为多;实证以血瘀、痰湿为多。本病不同发展阶段,病机重点有所不同,但气虚血瘀为其共有病机。

Distribution of TCM Syndromes of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Objective： Distribution of TCM syndromes of diabetic peripheral neuropathy provides a more objective basis for the study of TCM syndrome. Methods： 380 cases in our hospital out-patient or in-patient department were selected and the TCM symptoms information was collected for statistical analysis of frequency,summarizing their distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes. Results： Patients with DPN less than 5 years are mainly both qi and yin deficiency with blood stasis and phlegm-dampness. The patients with DPN 5 ～ 10 years show a downward trend of yin deficiency. The patients with DPN more than 10 years are accentuated by qi deficiency,deficiency of both yin and yang,and blood stasis and phlegm-dampness. Conclusion：
