偏最小二乘判别分析在虚寒证、虚热证动物模型评价中的应用

摘    要:
目的:筛选虚寒证、虚热证动物模型评价指标。方法:采用能量代谢指标及体表特征指标,应用偏最小二乘判别分析分别建立虚寒-对照模型、虚热-对照模型,根据变量投影重要度筛选自变量。结果:虚寒-对照模型和虚热-对照模型分别筛选8个和7个评价指标,两模型均有较高的精度。结论:偏最小二乘判别分析适用于本研究,指标筛选结果合理,易于解释,且有利于今后虚寒证、虚热证动物模型的规范化评价。

Abstract:
Objective: To develop an evaluation index of deficiency cold syndrome and deficiency heat syndrome. Methods: Indexes of energy metabolism and surface characteristics were adopted. Partial least squares-discriminant analysis was respectively performed to model the data of deficiency cold group and control group,deficiency heat group and control group. Independent variables were screened according to variable importance for the projection. Results: Eight evaluation indexes for deficiency cold and seven for deficiency heat were selected respectively by final models,which were all with high precision. Conclusion: Partial least squares-discriminant analysis was applicable to this study. The results are reasonable,easy to explain,and helpful for evaluating animal model of deficiency cold syndrome and deficiency heat syndrome.
