| 摘 要： | 目的 了解恩施市各民族成年人牙周病患病情况,以便制定正确的预防措施,提高口腔健康水平.方法 对恩施市4994名成年人进行口腔健康状况普查.结果 恩施市成年人牙周病患病率:牙龈炎72.25%,牙结石97 40%,牙周病50%(早期牙周病46.12%,晚期牙周病3.88%).牙周病的患病率男＞女,牙龈炎及牙结石的患病率男女无显著差别.结论 恩施市成年人牙周病患病不容忽视,有必要大力开展口腔健康教育,形成良好的口腔卫生习惯,重视口腔保健,定期洁牙进行牙周病治疗,及时治疗口腔疾病,提高口腔健康状况.
