高龄重症胆管炎的护理研究

目的：探讨高龄重症胆管炎的护理效果和经验。方法：对2007年1月至2009年1月间在我院住院治疗的高龄重症胆管炎患者50例进行前瞻性分析,总结护理效果和经验。结果：全组病人均通过手术治疗,治愈率40例,治愈率为80%;好转7例;病死3例,病死率为6%。1例死于感染性休克,1例死于肝衰竭,1例死于多脏器功能衰竭。术后发生并发症15例（30%）,其中切口感染5例,切口裂开2例,腹腔感染2例,肺部感染2例,胆道出血2例,多脏器衰竭1例,下肢深静脉栓塞1例。结论：全面系统的护理在高龄重症胆管炎患者的顺利康复中发挥着重要的作用,应引起高度重视。

Nursing Research in Older with Severe Cholangitis

Objective：To investigate the nursing effect and experiences on severe cholangitis.Method： 50 cases with severe cholangitis in our hospital from January in 2007 to January in 2009 were analyzed respectively.Result： All the patients received the operation treatment.40 cases were cured,and the recovery rate was 80%.7 cases were better,3 cases were death,and the death rate was 6%.There were 1 case died of infectious shock,1 case died of hepatic failure,1 case died of MOF.There were 15 cases（30%）with complication,and there were 5 cases with postoperative infection,2 cases with disruption of wound,2 cases with peritoneal cavity infection,2 cases with pulmonary infection,2 cases with biliary tract hemorrhage,1 case with MOF and 1 case with deep veins of lower limb venous embolism.Conclusion： The systemic nursing plays an important role in the recovery from illness on older with severe cholangitis,so it should be think highly.
