鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效及生存质量结局观察

目的 探讨鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效,提高患者生存质量.方法 选取符合标准的患者80例,采用随机数字表分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组应用鼻内镜手术,对照组应用传统的根治性手术方法,术后6个月评价临床疗效及生存质量.结果 手术后6个月观察组总有效率95.00%,明显高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.入组时两组患者SNOT-20量表20条目总分和5大问题总分比较,差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）;术后6个月,两组患者20条目总分和5大问题总分较入组时均下降（P＜0.05）,但是观察组下降幅度更明显（P＜0.05）.结论 鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎临床疗效满意,能够明显地改善患者的生存质量,值得临床推广应用.

Clinical observation and life quality of nasal endoscopic surgery in the treatment of chronic nasosinusitis

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of nasal endoscopic surgery in the treatment of chronic nasosinusitis, and improve patients＇quality of life. Methods 80 patients were divided randomly into observation group（40 cases） and control group（40 cases）. The observation group was treated with nasal endoscopic surgery, the control group was treated with conventional radical surgery, after 6 months the clinical efficacy and quality of life were evaluated. Resets After 6 months, the total effective rate in the observation group（95.00% ） was higher than the control group（80.00% ）, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. In the beginning 20 items total score and 5 big problems score of SNOT - 20 scale in the two groups had no significant difference（P 〉 0. 05）, 20 items total score and 5 big problem score decreased after 6 months, but the observation group decreased more obvious （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conchmion Nasal endoscopic surgery in the treatment of chronic nasosinusitis is worthy of clinical application, for the advantages of satisfactory clinical effect and improving quality of life obviously.
