深圳市代谢综合征流行情况及影响因素分析

摘    要:目的 了解深圳市代谢综合征流行情况及其影响因素,探讨深圳市代谢综合征发病规律及趋势,为制定代谢综合征预防策略提供科学依据.方法 随机抽取深圳市8 757名18~69岁常住居民进行询问调查,并对相关指标进行实验室检测,分析代谢综合征患病情况及其与相关危险因素的关系.结果 深圳市18岁以上居民代谢综合征患病率为7.73%.随着年龄增高,患病率有上升趋势,代谢综合征最高患病率主要在男性60~岁组,女性65~岁组.随着文化程度的提高,患病率呈现下降趋势.老龄化和向心性肥胖是代谢综合征发病的主要危险因素.结论 深圳市代谢综合征患病率增长迅速,应早期筛查代谢综合征患者,有针对性地开展健康教育工作,提倡低脂低盐饮食、戒烟限酒和适量锻炼的生活方式,控制体重,预防代谢综合征的发生.

The Epidemic Situation and Influencing Factors Analysis of Metabolic Syndrome in Shenzhen

Abstract:OBJECTIVES To understand the prevalence and influencing factors of metabolic syndrome in Shenzhen, investigate the pathogenesis regularity and trend, and provide scientific ieferences for the prevention strategy. METHODS 8 757 18~69 years old residents were selected randomly for enquiry, and relevant indicators were tested by laboratory, the relationship between the prevalence of metabolic syndrome and its related risk factors was analyzed. RESULTS Metabolic syndrome prevalence of residents over 18 years old was 7.73%. Along with the age increased, the trend of prevalence is increasing, the highest prevalence of metabolic syndrome in men was 60- years old group, in women and the general population were 65Nyears old group. With the improvement of education level, the prevalence rate decreased. Ageing and centripetal obesity is a major risk factor for metabolic syndrome disease. CONCLUSIONS Shenzhen has a rapid increase in prevalence of metabolic syndrome, patients with the metabolic syndrome should be early screened. Targeted to carry out health education, advocate low fat low salt diet, quit smoking and limit alcohol, moderate exercise, weight control, to prevent the occurrence of metabolic syndrome.
