| 摘 要： | 目的：评价外鼻恶性肿瘤切除后，用鼻唇沟岛状皮瓣修复重建外鼻缺损的临床效果。方法：随访近10年诊治的30例外鼻恶性肿瘤患者，记录其手术方法和疗效。结果：30例外鼻恶性肿瘤切除缺损修复后患者鼻外形满意，无并发症，成功率100％。结论：鼻唇沟岛状皮瓣修复重建外鼻缺损，操作简便，方法合理，成功率高。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effect of island flap of nasolabial groove in reconstruction the defect of external nose.Method:The operative method and result of 30 patients with nose malignant tumor were analyzed.Result:All patients got satisied contouring without complications.Conclusion:The operation deserve clinical expansion because of the simple and reasonable method, and high successful rate. |
