糖尿病患者凝血功能与血细胞体积改变的临床意义

目的：探讨糖尿病患者凝血功能及血细胞体积改变的临床意义。方法：使用仪器法对34例糖尿病有微血管病变患者、33例糖尿病无微血管病变患者和86例正常对照组的血浆凝血酶元时间,活化部分凝血活酶时间、凝血酶时间、纤维蛋白元进行检测,并测定3组人群的红细胞平均体积及血小板平均体积。结果：糖尿病有微血管病变组血浆凝血酶元时间,活化部分凝血活酶时间、凝血酶时间均低于糖尿病无微血管病变组和正常对照组（P〈0.05）,FIB明显增高（P〈0.01）;其红细胞平均体积及血小板平均体积均较糖尿病无微血管病变组和正常对照组高（P〈0.05）。结论：常规检测凝血功能及红细胞平均体积、血小板平均体积,对糖尿病有微血管病变患者的病情预测和早期诊治有重要意义。

The Clinical Significance between Blood Coagulation Fuction and the Volume Changing of Blood Cell in Diabetic

Objective： To study the clinical significance between blood coagulation fuction and the volume changing of blood cell in diabetic.Methods： To detect the indexes of plasma prothrombin time（PT）,activated partial thromboplastin time（APTT）,thrombin time（TT） and fibrinogen（FIB） respectively with coagulation instrument in 34 diabetics with capillary pathological changes,33 diabetics without capillary pathological changes and 86 healthy men as normal comparison.At the same time,detecting the mean volume of red cell and platelet in the three groups.Results： It appears that the indexes of PT,APTT and TT of the diabetics with capillary pathological changes are shorter appearly than diabetics without capillary pathological changes and normal comparison groups（P0.05）,Fib heighten appearly（P0.01）,and the mean volume of red cell and platelet also heighten（P0.05）.Conclusion： It appears that the index-detecting of the blood coagulation fuction and the mean volume of red cell and platelet has a very important clinic significance for the estimation of pathogenetic condition and pristine diagnose of diabetic with capillary pathological changes.
