黏弹剂悬浮法摘出后极部眼内异物

目的探讨后极部眼内异物摘出方法。方法借助眼用黏弹剂(玻璃酸钠)的黏弹性和内聚性，首先将异物包绕、游离、悬浮，然后视异物大小、形状酌情选用自制异物回吸针头或异物钳摘出异物。结果本组17例(17眼)后极部眼内异物，均一次顺利摘出，无一发生手术损伤或手术并发症。术后视力提高者14眼，视力不变2眼，下降1眼。结论借助黏弹剂游离悬浮法摘出后极部眼内异物，可明显降低手术难度、手术损伤及手术并发症。尤其是悬浮回吸法，效果更优。

Extraction of posterior polar intraocular foreign bodies with viscoelastics suspend technique

Objective To explore the technique on extraction of posterior polar intraocular foreign bodies.Methods Depending on the viscoelasticity and cohesiveness of ophthalmic viscoelastics(Sodium hyaluronate),the viscoelastics were used to wrap,dissociate and suspend foreign dodies,and then the foreign bodies were extracted by using self-made syringe meedle or intraocular foreign body forceps,which was selected according to size and shape of foreign bodies.Results 17 cases(17 eyes) with posterior polar intraocular foreign bodies were extracted successfully at the first try.There was no accidentally injury or complication.The postoperative vision:14 cases (14 eyes) were improved,2 cases(2 eyes) were not changed,1 case (1 eye) was decreased.Conclusion The technuique using viscoelastics to dissociated and suspend foreign bodies during the extraction of the posterior polar intraocular foreign bodies can obviously decrease operation difficulty and surgical injury and complication.
