| 摘 要： | 目的：研究MT在乳腺癌中的表达，探讨其预后价值。方法：采用免疫组化S－P法，检测91例乳腺癌中MT的表达，结果：a.MT表达与肿固小，病理分型，组织学分级，局部复发，远处转移相关（P＜0．05），而与年龄，淋巴结转移无关（P＞0．05），b．单因素分析结果表明肿瘤大小，淋巴结状态，组织学分级，MT都有预后意义，其中肿瘤大小，淋巴结状态，MT具有独立预后价值。c.MT阳性表达者生存期短，结论：MT有可能作为判断乳腺癌预后的生物学指标之一。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the expression of metallothionein (MT) and determine their relationship with clinicopathological feature and prognosis in human breast carcinoma. Methods:Immurohistochemical technique, S-P method was used. Results:a. The expression of MT was associated with tumour size, pathological type, histological grade, local recurrence, distant metastasis(P<0 05), there was no relation between the expression of MT and ages, lymphnode metastasis(P>0 05). b.The result of logistical regression analysis showed that tumor size, lymphnode status, MT independent prognostic factors. c.Patients with positive MT lived shorter than those of negative. Conclusion:The findings suggested that the expression of MT may be a useful marker for predicting the prognosis of breast carcinoma. |
