摘 要: | 目的探讨血气分析与生化检测的血离子数值之间的差异及形成原因。方法随机对我院ICU病房100例患者采用一次性血气针行动脉采血4ml,将抽出的动脉血注人生化管内2ml,血液凝固后析出血清,进行生化检测血离子;其余2ml动脉血在与空气隔绝的条件下,与肝素充分混合后行血气检查。若患者的生化检测血离子测定值在正常范围内,则其血气分析的血离子测定值列入考察范围。结果40例患者的检测结果符合要求。与生化检测相比,血气分析显示的K^+、Ca^2+离子测定值均显著性降低(P〈0.001)。结论由于检测方法不同,血气分析测得的K^+、Ca^2+离子浓度显著低于生化检测的结果。ICU科临床医生以其作为依据诊治急重症病人电解质紊乱时应慎重。

Abstract: | Objective To probe the difference between the measure values of blood ions assayed by blood-gas analysis and biochemistry method and, the causes resulting in the difference. Methods 100 patients being in ICU ward of our hospital were chosen randomly. Every patient was drew 4 ml artery blood using disposable blood-gas needle. Half of the artery blood was injected into the tube; the biochemistry analysis of blood ions was.carried out after the separation of serum. On the condition of isolation from air, the other 2 ml artery blood was mixed with beparin thoroughly for blood-gas analysis. If the patient' s blood ionic concentrations assayed by biochemistry method were included into the normal range, his or her blood ionic concentrations assayed by blood-gas analysis were investigated. Results The results of 40 patients matched the standard. Compared to the biochemistry method, the measure values of K^ + and Ca^2 + assayed by blood-gas analysis were decreased significantly ( P 〈 0. 001 ). Conclusion Because of the different methods, the concentrations of K ^+ and Ca^2 + assayed by blood-gas analysis were markedly lower than that detected by biochemistry method. The doctors of ICU department should be much careful when they diagnose and treat the electrolyte disturbance of emergency and severe ease. |
