中西医结合治疗慢性乙型肝炎的效果评价

目的评价中西医结合法治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的效果。方法64例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组在此基础上,联用中药。疗程结束后对两组患者的临床效果进行比较。结果观察组临床总有效率为87.50%,高于对照组的临床总有效率59.38%,具有显著差异(χ2=6.4881,P<0.05)。观察组和对照组均未见明显的不良反应。结论中西医结合法治疗慢性乙型肝炎的方式疗效佳,而且也安全,建议临床进一步推广。

Clinical Efficacy on Chronic HBV Treated with Combination of Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective To evaluate the effects of united Traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of the patients with HBV.Methods 64 cases with HBV were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group were treated with convention-al Western medicine,while the observation group were treated with additional Chinese medicine.The clinical results were compared of the two groups after the end of treatment.Results The total clinical effective rate was 87.50% in the observation group,higher than that of 59.38% in the observation group,with significant difference(χ2 = 6.4881,P <0.05).No obvious side effects were seen in both the observation group and the control group.Conclusions United Traditional Chinese and Western medicine is effective and safe in treatment of the patients with chronic HBV,which should be suggested in clinical experiences.
