钛生物陶瓷涂层种植体的实验研究

摘    要:
目的 :比较溶胶 -凝胶烧结法制作的钛 -羟基磷灰石生物陶瓷种植体与纯钛种植体在动物骨中的骨性结合 ,为临床提供制作简单、造价低且与骨结合好的牙种植体。方法 :混种家兔 2 0只 ,均为雄性 ,体重 2~ 3kg,随机分成实验组和对照组 ,每组 1 0只。将溶胶 -凝胶烧结法制作的钛 -羟基磷灰石生物陶瓷种植体与纯钛种植体分别植入家兔胫骨内 ,分别在术后 1、4、8、1 2、1 6周后镜下观察种植体与骨结合情况。结果 :实验组术后 8周时种植体与骨形成良好骨性结合 ,而对照组则为1 2周 ,术后 1 6周对照组和实验组均显示良好的骨性结合。结论 :溶胶 -凝胶烧结法制作的生物陶瓷涂层种植体具有良好的生物性能 ,可供临床应用

Abstract:
Objective:In order to provide the implants that is economic,simply manufactured and connected better with the bones for clinic use.To compare the bony connection between the implants of bioceramic hydroxapatites coated on titanium made with fused cloted sintered and the titanium implants. Methods: The implants of bioceramic hydroxupatites coated titanium and titanium implants respectively were observed under light and election microscope. Results: The implants of bioceramic hydroxapatites coated on titanium were connected better and earlier with the bones of rabbits than titanium implants did. Conclusion: The implants of bioceramic hydnxapatites coated on titanium made with fused cloted sintered have food biological nature. Thus it can be connected better with the bones and used clinically.
