足浴联合足底按摩对重症监护室内机械通气患者谵妄的干预效果

目的 探讨足浴联合足底按摩对重症监护室(ICU)机械通气患者谵妄的干预效果。 方法 将110例ICU机械通气患者按随机数字表法分为实验组与对照组各55例,对照组予常规足部护理,实验组在对照组基础上实施足浴联合足底按摩,比较2组患者ICU住院期间谵妄发生率。 结果 实验组谵妄发生率低于对照组(χ²=4.991,P=0.026)。 结论 足浴联合足底按摩可有效地降低ICU机械通气患者谵妄发生率。

Effects of foot bath and foot massage on delirium for mechanically ventilated patients in the intensive care unit

Objective To explore the effect of foot bath and foot massage on the prevention against delirium of mechanically ventilated patients in the intensive care unit (ICU). Methods Totally 110 mechanically ventilated patients in the intensive care unit (ICU) were randomly divided into an experimental group (n=55) and a control group (n=55) according to a random number table. Both groups were given routine foot care, while the experimental group was additionally provided with foot bath and foot massage. Then the incidence of delirium was compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of delirium of the experimental group were significantly lower than that of the control group(χ²=4.991,P=0.026). Conclusion The foot bath and foot massage can reduce the incidence of delirium for the patients with mechanical ventilation in the intensive care unit.
