三专双向延续护理在空巢老年脑卒中患者 康复中的应用效果

目的 探讨三专双向延续护理在空巢老年脑卒中患者康复中的应用效果。方法 选择2016年1月-2017年6月收住于我院的空巢老年脑卒中患者70例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为实验组和对照组各35例,对照组接受常规延续护理,实验组接受三专双向延续护理,对2组干预后的各观察指标进行比较。结果 干预后,实验组院外康复行为依从性好于对照组(Z=-2.241,P=0.025),运动功能评定量表评分显著低于对照组(t=-3.836,P<0.001)。结论 对空巢老年脑卒中患者实施三专双向延续护理,可显著提高患者院外康复行为依从性,获得较好的功能结局。

The application of three-purpose bi-directional continuous nursing in the rehabilitation of elderly empty-nest patients after stroke

Objective To observe the effect of three-purpose bi-directional continuous nursing in the rehabilitation of elderly empty-nest patients after stroke. Methods Seventy elderly empty-nest stroke survivors admitted to our hospital between January 2016 and June 2017 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(n=35) and an experimental group(n=35) according to a random number table. The control group received routine continuation nursing, while the experimental group was provided with three-purpose bi-directional continuation nursing. The condition before and after the intervention was recorded and compared between the two groups. Results The compliance of the experimental group was significantly better than the control group(Z=-2.241,P=0.025), while the modified Rankin scale magnetic score of the former was significantly lower than the latter (t=-3.836, P<0.001). Conclusion The new continuous nursing can significantly improve the compliance of patients and improve their rehabilitation.
