极低体质量早产儿行延续性护理干预的效果

目的 探讨延续性护理干预对极低出生体质量早产儿生长发育的影响。 方法 选取2014年7月-2016年10月于妇产科出生的极低出生体质量早产儿94例,随机分为观察组和对照组,分别行延续性护理干预和常规护理,比较2组患儿3、6、9、12月龄时体格发育及神经发育情况。 结果 随着月龄增加,2组患儿的身长、体质量、头围均有所增加,观察组患儿身长较对照组增加;而2组体质量、头围比较,差异无统计学意义;随着月龄增加,2组患儿大运动、精细运动、适应性、语言、社交及发育商呈现递增趋势,观察组患儿神经发育情况显著好于对照组。 结论 延续性护理干预可促进极低体质量早产儿的体格发育和神经发育,有助于改善其远期生活质量。

Effects of continuing nursing intervention on very low birth weight premature infants

Objective To evaluate the effect of continuing nursing intervention on the growth and development of very low birth weight premature (VLBWP) infants. Methods A total of 94 VLBWP infants delivered between July 2014 and October 2016 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group. The control group was given routine care, while the observation group was provided with continuing nursing. The physique and neurological development at 3, 6, 9 and 12 months after birth were compared between the two groups. Results With the increasing of age, increase was observed in the body height, body weight and head circumference of both groups, the body height of the observation group higher than the control group. Moreover, an increasing tendency was also found in the score of fine and gross motor skills, adaptability, language, communication and development quotient, with that of the former group still significantly higher than the latter. Conclusion Continuous nursing intervention can promote physical development and neurological development of very low birth weight premature infants, improving their quality of life in the long term.
