综合心理干预对肠易激综合征患者生活质量的影响

目的:探讨综合心理干预对肠易激综合征患者生活质量的影响.方法:将140例肠易激综合征患者随机分为干预组和对照组各70例.对照组采用常规药物治疗和护理,干预组在药物治疗基础上给予综合心理干预.并采用自行设计的生活质量评估问卷调查表分别于干预前及干预第6周末进行调查比较.结果:两组患者均完成治疗和问卷测量,两组干预前问卷调查4～5分病例数比较差异无显著性(P＞0.05);两组干预第6周末问卷调查4～5分病例数比较有显著性差异(P＜0.05),干预组生活质量明显优于对照组.结论:综合心理干预能有效提高肠易激综合征患者的生活质量.

Effect of comprehensive psychological intervention on quality of life in patients with irritable bowel syndrome

Objective: To explore the effect of comprehensive psychological intervention on quality of life in patients with irritable bowel syndrome. Methods: One hundred and forty patients with irritable bowel syndrome were randomly divided into intervention group(n=70) and control group(n=70).Routine treatment and nursing care were taken in control group,and additional comprehensive psychological intervention was applied on the basis of medication in intervention group,including psychological therapy,relaxation therapy and correction of behavior.The comparison was made on the results of survey in the sixth week before and after intervention by self-designed questionnaire for quality of life of the patients.Results: There was no significant difference in the comparison of the cases in the scores of 4 to 5 between the 2 groups according to the results of questionnaire before intervention(P>0.05),and there was significant difference in the comparison of cases in the scores of 4 to 5 between the 2 groups at the end of sixth week after intervention(P<0.05).The quality of life of patients was much better in intervention group than that in control group.Conclusion: Comprehensive psychological intervention can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with irritable bowel syndrome.
