| 摘 要： | 用标准的生物学方法检测了肾小球和系膜细胞培养上清中转化生长因子(TGF_s)的水平。结果显示:肾小球和系膜细胞均可产生一定量的TGF_s;肾小球产生的THF_s无活性,而系膜细胞产生的TGF_s大约10％有活性。鉴于TGF_s在调节细胞生长和细胞外基质代谢中的独特作用,肾小球和系膜细胞来源的rGF_s可能在维持正常肾小球结构和功能中起重要作用。 |

| Abstract: | Transforming growth factor β (TGF β) levels in the supernatant of glomeruli and mesangial cells conditioned culture media were measured withan standard bioa-ssay system. The results showed that both glomeruli and mesangial cells were capable of producing certain amount of TGF β. Glomeruli only liberated latent form of TGF β, while mesangial cells produced about 10% active form of TGF β. Considering the unique role of TGF β in regulating cell growth and extracellular matrix metabolism, TGF β secreted by glomeruli and mesangial cells might be important in maintaining the normal glomerular structure and function. |
