| 摘 要： | 目的 应用扩张后隐神经营养血管逆行岛状皮瓣修复足踝部软组织缺损。方法 解剖学研究证实与大隐静脉伴行的隐神经的营养血管呈丛状分布 ,与深浅筋膜内的血管网广泛交通 ,在此基础上以大隐静脉为轴线 ,设计逆行岛状皮瓣 ,扩张后转移至受区。结果 1999年 6月以来临床应用 6例 ,皮瓣面积最大为 12cm× 10cm ,皮瓣完全成活。结论 扩张后隐神经营养血管逆行岛状皮瓣安全可靠 ,操作简单 ,为足踝部创面修复提供了一种可靠的方法。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To evaluate a expanded reverse island flap with a saphenous neuro-vascular pedicle for repairing the defects of the feet and ankles. METHODS: An expanded reverse island skin flap, with the Six saphenous neuro-vascular pedicle, was designed to repair the skin defects on the feet and ankles. RESULTS: patients with the defects of the feet and ankles were treated with the expanded saphenous island flap and all of the The expanded reversed island skin flaps were survived. The largest flap size was 12 cm x 10 cm. CONCLUSIONS: flap could be a good option for repairing the defects of the feet and ankles. |
