胸大肌肌皮瓣在头颈部缺损重建中的应用

目的：分析胸大肌肌皮瓣在各种头颈部缺损修复中的应用效果。方法：分析1988年至1998年间应用该肌皮瓣对32例头颈部癌术后缺损进行即刻修复效果。结果：32块胸大肌肌皮瓣中29块（90.6%,29/32)完全成活，取得了良好的外形和功能效果。1块（3.1%,1/32)完全坏死，2块（6.3%,3/32)部分坏死。结论：胸大肌肌皮瓣是一种非常实用而优良的修复材料。它具有丰富的组织量，优良的血液供应，具与头颈部邻近，在多种情况下可以应用，特别适用于头颈部肿瘤扩大切除术后缺损的即刻修复重建。

Application of pectoralis major myocutaneous flap for reconstruction in the head and neck

Objective To analyze the results of the use of pectoralis major myocutaneous (PMMC) flap for defects in the head and neck.Methods PMMC flap was applied in 32 patients of head and neck cancers for a variety of reconstructive purposes from 1988 to 1998.Results The PMMC flap was successful in 29 of 32 (90.6%) cases.They had good survival and functional results.There was complete flap necrosis in one case (3.1%,1/32) and partial necrosis in two cases (6.3%,2/32).Conclusion PMMC flap is an excellent reconstructive material with its abundant tissue and good blood supply and anatomic proximity to the neck and head area.The flaps are very reliable for reconstruction in a variety of clinical situation,especially in the repair of defects from extensive cancer resections in the head and neck.
