| 摘 要： | 通过对２例慢性闭角性青光眼动态房角检查，倒像记录，反复对比高低眼压变动下房角接触，粘连的高度、范围及移行带等的细微变化，说明此检查在慢闭早期诊断病程期上的重要性。并探讨了慢闭发病机理及临床演进。提出其治疗原则是力争早期红虹膜周边切除术。 |

| Abstract: | y repeated depression gonioscopy in 22 cases of chronic closure-angle glaucoma under both high andlower intraocular pressure,the detailed changes configurations of the anterior chalnber angle,i.e,the ex-tent of any touch(T)or adhesion(A)between iris and trabeculae were recorded and compared. These madediagnoses in the early stages of chronic closure-angle glaucoma possible. The mechanism of its incidence andclinical course are discussed.Early wide-base peripheral iridsctomy is the only proper treatment. |
