| 摘 要： | 目的探讨小儿肾小管酸中毒的超声表现．方法对经临床确诊的16例肾小管酸中毒患的超声资料进行回顾性分析。结果16例中4例表现为双肾锥体钙盐沉积症．6例表现为髓质和肾盂散在性微小结石，二共计10例，占62．5%。其它表现有双肾径线缩小2例．皮质回声增强2例。双肾声像图正常2例。结论双肾锥体钙盐沉积或髓质和肾盂散在性微小结石对肾小管酸中毒的诊断有很高的价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate ultrasonographic characteristics in children with renal tubular acidosis (RTA).Methods Ultrasonic manifestations of 16 cases with RTA proved by clinical and laboratory tests were reviewed.Results Calcium deposition in bilateral renal pyramids in 4 cases and scattered microcalculi in renal medulla and pelvis in 6 cases were accounted 62.5%(10/16);The renal sizes shrank in 2 cases,echo enhancement in both kidneys appeared in 4 cases and normal ultrasonic appearance in 4 cases.Conclusions Calcium deposition of bilateral renal pyramids or scattered microcalculi in renal medulla and pelvis were important signs on ultrasound for diagnosing RTA. |
