泻白温胆汤治疗儿室咳嗽变异性哮喘31例临床观察

目的：观察泻白温胆汤治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘（EVA）的临床疗效。，方法：将62例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组3J例。，治疗组给予泻白温胆汤内服合布地奈德雾化治疗，对照组单纯给予布地奈德雾化治疗两组均以28tl为1个疗程，治疗1个疗程后判定疗效，并随访3个月，观察两组患儿治疗前后症状改善情况及治疗后治愈患儿主症咳嗽、咳痰的复发率。结果：总有效率治疗组为93．33％，对照组为73．33％，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组治愈患儿中医主症咳嗽、咳痰复发率治疗组分别为15．38％、7．69％，对照组分别为50．00％、75．00％，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：泻白温胆汤治疗儿童CVA疗效显著，可供临床借鉴。

Clinical efficacy of Xiebai Wendan decoction in treatment of cough variant asthma in children： a report of 31 cases

Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiebai Wendan decoction in the treatment of cough va- riant asthma （CVA） in children. Methods： Sixty- two children with CVA were randomly divided into treatment group （ n = 31 ） and control group （ n = 31 ）. The treatment group reeeived oral Xiebai Wendan decoction and aero- sol treatment with budesonide,while the control group received aerosol treatment with budesonide. The course of treatment was 28 d in each group. The treatment outcomes were assessed after one course of treatment,and follow - up was performed fi）r 3 months. Alter treatment,the improvements in symptoms were evaluated,and the recurrence rates of cough and expectoration among cured patients were determined. Results：The treatment group had a signifi- cantly higher overall response rate than the control group （93.33% vs 73.33% ,P 〈0. 05）. Th recurrence ratesof cough and expectoration among cured patients were 15.38% and 7.69%, respectively, in the treatment group, versus 50.00% and 75.00% in the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion ： Xiebai Wendan decoction has signifi- cant efficacy in the treatment of CVA in children and holds promise for clinical application.
