单次硬膜外麻醉与腰麻用于患儿臀肌松解术效果比较

目的:比较观察两种不同麻醉方法用于患儿臀肌松解术的临床效果。方法:选择施行双侧臀肌松解术的患儿30例,根据不同麻醉方法分为两组:单次硬膜外麻醉组(singleepiduralanesthesia,SEA,n=15)和蛛网膜下腔麻醉(简称腰麻)组(spinalanesthesia,SA,n=15)。比较两组患儿的一般情况;观察两组麻醉起效时间(指注入局部麻醉药至手术开始时间)、术中合作程度、术中辅助用药情况及围术期所发生的并发症;同时记录麻醉前、手术开始时、术中(一侧手术完成,另侧手术开始)及手术结束时的平均动脉血压(MAP)、心率(HR)、呼吸频率(RR)及脉搏血氧饱和度(SPO2)。结果:两组患儿性别、年龄、体重、手术时间无显著差异,麻醉起效时间SA组短于SEA组;术中合作程度SEA组较SA组差;各时点MAP、RR、HR、SPO2值与术前相比无显著差异;均未发现严重并发症。结论:两种麻醉方法均可用于患儿臀肌松解术,与SEA比较,SA临床效果较好。

The comparison of the clinical effects of single epidural anesthesia and spinal anesthesia applied in the children's gluteus muscle contract operation

Objective To compare the clinical effects of two different anesthetic methods used in the children's gluteus muscle contract (GMC)operation. Methods Thirty children with GMC were divided into two groups by the different anesthetic methods: single epidural anesthesia(SEA,n=15)and spinal anesthesia(SA, n=15). Vital signs(MAP,HR,RR, SPO2), the time of anesthetic onset, the degree of cooperation during the operation and the usage of assistant medicine were observed and recorded. Results The onset time of anesthesia in SA group was shorter than that in EA group. The degree of cooperation during the operation in SA group was better than that in SEA group. MAP, HR, RR, SPO2 showed no significant difference in the two groups, perioperatively. Conclusion For GMC operation, SA is a good choice comparing with SEA.
