进展期胃癌腹腔内化疗的价值

目的：侵及将膜的胃癌腹膜种植复发是外科治疗失败的重要因素之一。本文探讨后腹腔内化疗的防治腹膜复发的作用。方法：对我院３年间行手术治疗的胃癌４０４例中癌肿侵及浆膜又无种植业及远处转移的４１例术后行腹腔内化疗（治疗组）其临床效果与同期未行腹腔内化疗（对照组）进行对照观察。结果：治疗组一、三、五年生存率为８７９％，７３％，５７％，对照组为８３％，６１％和３９％，五年存活率Ｐ〈０．０５。结论：腹腔内化疗因

Intraperitoneal chemotherapy for the prevention of postoperative peritoneal recurrence in patient with gastric carcinoma

Purpose:The majority of gastric carcinoma patients with serosal invasion die of peritoneal recurrence,even when a curative gastrectomy is performed. In an attempt to prevent peritoneal recurrence, intraperitoneal chemotherpy (IC) was used.Methods:Between 1991 and 1994,404 gastric carcinoma patients were treated in Tianjin Cancer Center., 41 cases underwent IC, and 40 were not. All of them were cases in whom the tumor had penetrated the serosa, but no implantation or distant metastasis.Results:The 1,3,5 year survival rates for the IC IV group was 98%,73%,57% respectively, whereas those for the control group were 85%, 61%, and 39%.Conclusions:Intraperitoneal chemotherapy (IC) presents a more favorable route. It had the desired effect in preventing peritoneal recurrence in gastric carcinoma with serosal invasion.
