坚持科学发展观促进医院持续协调发展

创新发展是医院建设的永恒主题。军队医院要在激烈的医疗市场竞争中赢得主动权，高标准地完成“保打赢”任务，并实现持续发展，就必须处理好创新发展与协调发展的关系。本文就在创新发展中如何处理协调发展关系提出5点举措：①内涵建设与规模建设要协调发展。②重点科室与一般科室要协调发展。③为部队服务与为社会服务要协调发展。④社会效益与经济效益要协调发展。⑤整体建设与员工个体素质要协调发展。

Persisting in Scientific Views of Development, Promoting Continuous and Harmonious Development of Hospital

Innovative development is eternal subject of hospital construction. In front of severe competition of medical market, military hospital should dealt with innovative development and harmonious development for gaining initiative, accomplishing mission of supporting winning and achieving continuous development. The author put forward five countermeasures as followed. Firstly, harmonious development in intention construction and dimension construction. Secondly, harmonious development in key department and common department. Thirdly, harmonious development in serving army and serving society. Fourthly, harmonious development in social benefit and economic benefit. Fifthly, harmonious development in overall construction and single diathesis.
