| 摘 要： | 目的探讨数字减影血管造影术（DSA）对急性肠系膜上动脉栓塞的诊断与治疗效果。方法对2001-2007年收治的急性肠系膜上动脉栓塞患者10例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果10例患者均行肠系膜上动脉造影并溶栓，7例痊愈，3例溶栓失败，转为剖腹手术治疗后2例痊愈，1例死亡。结论早期DSA选择性肠系膜上动脉造影确诊并溶栓有利于提高患者的治愈率。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the application of DSA in the diagnosis and treatment of acute superior mesenteric arterial embolism.Methods A retrospective analysis was made to the clinical data of 10 cases with acute superior mesenteric arterial embolism hospitalized from 2001 to 2007.Results All the 10 cases received superior mesenteric angiography and thrombolysis,out of the 10,7 cases recovered,thrombolysis failure occurred in 3 cases that were then operated on, and 2 cases recovered and 1 case died.Conclusion Early application of DSA in superior mesenteric arterial embolism and thrombolysis can raise the cure rate. |
