摘    要:为研究48 h的炮制时间对何首乌中成分的含量及变化影响。采用HPLC测定22个不同炮制时间的何首乌对比市售制首乌中各成分的含量,并采用指纹图谱相似性分析和聚类分析对测定结果进行特征分析。结果显示,相似度均在0.9~1.0,各个样本之间有较好的相关性。聚类分析方法将22个制首乌和生首乌样品基本按成分变化特征聚为4类。该研究发现4~5 h为何首乌最佳炮制时间,为何首乌的质量控制以及深入研究提供参考依据。

Abstract:To study 48 h processing time of Polygoni Multiflori Radix on its contents and changes of chemical components. HPLC was used to determine the contents of various components in 22 Polygoni Multiflori Radix samples with different processing time, and then the fingerprint similarity analysis and clustering analysis were used for characteristics analysis. Results showed that the similarity was between 0.9-1.0, with good correlation between the samples. In the clustering analysis, the 22 Polygoni Multiflori Radix and processed Polygoni Multiflori Radix samples were classified into 4 types according to the composition changes. The results demonstrated that 4-5 h was the best processing time, providing references for quality control and further study of Polygoni Multiflori Radix.
